Title: Jarrett turns heel.......IN REAL LIFE!

According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, there was recently a heated situation in a hotel room between Ron Killings, Konnan, and Jeff Jarrett. When Jarrett proposed that the group of BJ James (The Road Dogg), Konnan, and Killings break up, he suggested that Konnan would go into a new group and BJ James would go with Kip James (Billy Gunn), which would leave Killings with nothing. Killings was quite frustrated with this, and that is when things got heated. Words were exchanged, and Jarrett supposedly called Killings an “uppity Negro”, and things almost got ugly.

Killings offered to be a team with Jeff Hardy, an idea which had actually been suggested several times before by others, but Jarrett didn’t like the idea.

Konnan has went so far as to threaten to leave the company, if Jarrett sees that they are broken up, leaving Killings with nothing. Konnan had earlier suggested to bring indy wrestler Homicide into the group, to replace James.

I've got a novel idea, but it just might work. They could put Killings in the main event picture. You know, where he belongs. So now we see why Ron has gotten screwed over. Jeff don't like coloreds. If that is a true story..screw Jeff Jarrett. Dumb redneck.

I bet $50 someone replaced "Nigger" with "Negro" to make it look a little less racist, although still calling someone a negro is kinda offensive.

Yeah, regardless of what he said, there is no doubt what the intent was. Jeff's lucky Ron didn't rip his head off.

Yeah.............we wouldn't be so lucky.

Actually I hope this story blows up huge and Spike refuses to put Jarrett on the air.

Spike TV used to be the "hee-haw" network. I doubt they care.

Yeah, USED to be. I'm sure they want to stay away from that image at all costs.

Wow, yet another reason to hate Jarrett. I'd be really scared if they continue to focus as Jarrett as a main eventer when they are on Spike, since that did wonders for them on FSN and all...

Scrooge McSuck - August 31, 2005 02:23 PM (GMT)
Just incase they have a change in ownership... As long as Jarrett doesn't say that on TV or publicly to give a bad image to the network, they won't care.

You would think Jarrett would be on better behavior as his power in the company decreases. This will just give the Carters more reason to ignore Jarrett.

How much say does Jarrett even have right now. Very little judging by the last 3 months worth of shows.

From what I can gather, hee has very little to no power when it comes to who gets pushed and who doesn't. I heard it's a group process, and he's low on the totem pole in that.

dynamite kido - August 31, 2005 04:36 PM (GMT)
He does have imput on what happens though. Him and his dad both do. Also, I believe Jeff has 100% creative control with himself as well.

I don't mind Jerry having say. I think they should let Jerry Jarrett book the tag team division. That's always been his strength.
