December 14th: A first time ever in ROH match has been signed for "Final Battle 2004" in Philadelphia on the day after Christmas with a special 6pm belltime. It will be a mixed tag team grudge match as Deranged & Lacey take on Angel Dust & Becky in the first war between members of Special K. Becky insists that this is her time to step up and prove she belongs in ROH. Becky has her sights set on Lacey.
December 14th: ROH Tag Team Champions Ricky Reyes & Rocky Romero next title defense will be 1/15 in Cambridge, MA.
December 14th: Mick Foley, fresh off an appearance on Raw last night, has his sights set on confrontations vs. Ricky "The Dragon" Steamboat on 12/26 in Philadelphia and 1/15 in the Boston area. Things between Foley and Steamboat are intense and about to explode. Foley has sent word that he is also looking forward to the Fight Without Honor on 12/26 pitting Dan Maff & BJ Whitmer vs. The Carnage Crew of Loc & Devito. Foley says this no rules match will show the heart and courage that make hardcore wrestling something special to him. The Maff & Whitmer vs. Carnage Crew feud has gotten violent and bloody. We'll finally see who the better of these two brawling teams is on 12/26.
December 14th: Jim Cornette has issued a challenge to Bobby "The Brain" Heenan to meet him again in ROH. We will have Heenan's response soon.
December 14th: Don't forget that the buy three, get one free sale at ROHwrestling.com sale ends tomorrow at 11pm. New releases like Secrets Of The Ring With Dusty Rhodes are included in this sale. This is a very timely release since Rhodes is the new booker of NWA TNA. This isn't your regular shoot interview as Rhodes opens up his hand written journal of 1997 NWA when he was head booker and explains all his booking decisions and teaches the art of booking. You really learn about Rhodes' booking philosophy in this one.
December 14th: Prince Nana has taken out billboards in his home country of Ghana, West Africa saying: "The Champion Is Coming Home". This just shows Nana's confidence that Jimmy Rave will defeat John Walters for the Pure Title on 12/26. Nana will be allowed at ringside for this bout unlike the 12/4 match that Rave lost. So far Rave is undefeated when he has Nana in his corner.
December 15th: Ring Of Honor will hold the 3rd Anniversary Show either on 2/19 in Elizabeth, NJ or 2/26 in Chicago Ridge, IL. There are talks of having a 3rd Anniversary week bookmarked by those two events that would also include the 2/25 Dayton, OH event. Tickets on now on sale for all three shows. ROH is waiting to see what talent is available on what night to make the final decision. This will be a bittersweet birthday for ROH as it didn't look like we would survive earlier in the year. Now we are in the middle of a great holiday season. Everyone at ROH wants to thank all of you for staying with us and supporting us through the good and bad times. You people got us through all the tough times of 2004 and we can't thank you enough for that. It is that support that makes everyone in the ROH family want to work harder and strive to keep improving the product for you. It is only with your support that we keep surviving. Thank you.
December 15th: Bobby "The Brain" Heenan has accepted Jim Cornette's challenge and will meet him face-to-face in ROH again. Heenan wants to have this confrontation in his old stomping grounds of Chicago on 2/26. Cornette has yet to agree to Chicago saying that Heenan has a homefield advantage there. We will have more on this story next week.
December 15th: Attention fans in Florida!!! Full Impact Pro returns to action this Friday in Lakeland, FL at Latino's for the Florida Rumble. The show will start with a 19 man royal rumble. The winner will receive a FIP Heavyweight Title shot that night in the main event vs. Champion Homicide. The rest of the matches will be determined by order of elimination. December 15th: Production has begun on the 12/4 "All Star Extravaganza II" double DVD/VHS set featuring the third and final Samoa Joe vs. CM Punk World Title match.
December 15th: The second class of the ROH wrestling school is progressing nicely as their training gets more intense. They are still months away from graduation, but are learning quickly in the ring as well as gaining experience backstage at ROH shows.
December 15th: Alex Shelley is very eager to return to ROH on 12/26. Shelley is fearful that he has lost momentum in taking the top spots by missing the last three shows. Shelley says he will use CM Punk & Steve Corino as stepping stones on his way to the top. Punk has stated that his feud vs. Generation Next will end at "Final Battle 2004" when he defeats them again in a tag team match.
December 15th: Jay Lethal says that he wants another shot at Jimmy Rave. Lethal lost to Rave after distraction from Prince Nana. Lethal says he will not rest until he gets that victory back. Rave claims that Lethal will have to get in the Contender's Ring if he wants to get another match with him since he'll be Pure Champion after 12/26. Rave added it doesn't matter anyway because Lethal won't get past Weapon Of MASK Destruction #2 in Philly on the day after Christmas.

December 16th: ROH Pure Champion John Walters has been banged up with various injuries and his doctor has suggested he take time off. However, Walters refuses to take time off as he is focused on raising the prestige of the Pure Title.
December 16th: James Gibson, formerly known as Jamie Knoble, has been added to Full Impact Pro's Florida Rumble this Friday in Lakeland, FL. Gibson will take Puma's spot. Puma had to cancel due to a knee injury, but will return to action in January. ROH will have a small merchandise table at the Florida Rumble with several new releases. DVDs on sale include 10/15, 10/2, 9/11 and Secrets Of The Ring With Jim Cornette and Dusty Rhodes. December 16th: James Gibson is also in negotiations with ROH and you can expect to see him debut sometime in the first quarter of 2005. Gibson is very eager to take on some of the top competition in ROH.
