Title: So, who should be the breakout band this year?

Okay people, who, in your opinions, should be the band to break out this year. I'm really digging El Pus. Also I think Rise Against should break out with their next album, whenever that comes out.

Rise Against is pretty good. I really like that 'Give it All' song.

I'm gonna go with a band called Murder by Death though. Download the song 'That Crown Don't Make You a Prince' and tell me they're not awesome.

I saw a video for a new pop star named Natasha Bedingfield. She appears to be the most talented new pop star to come along in ages, so I hope she does well. I won't exactly be lining up to buy her music or anything, but I would not be annoyed by her success.

I think Rowe won this one. Although NO ONE partcipated. Douches.

Asamov. They're a four man group from Florida, and they're pretty good. They've got good potential.

I listened to quite of bit of this Aqualung album. I've heard people compare it to Coldplay, but I've never liked a single coldplay song, and I liked quite a bit of this Aqualung album. Very laid back, kind of shit I'd like to fall asleep too, in a positive way.

Definitely not my kind of music normally though.

The year's not over. Murder by Death is still rocking my socks. Rise Against is fucking good, too.
