Title: Michael Jackson Found Not Guilty On All Charges
Scrooge McSuck - June 13, 2005 09:42 PM (GMT)
Hmm... like anyone expected otherwise? I'm not going to go into a long detailed explanation on why Jackson is innocent, but I'm glad the jury understands what terms like "Reasonable Doubt" mean, because the defenses case held zero water. (listens to "Billy Jean")

You gotta be kidding me standing up for Jacko. Fuck him and his fortune. Money can buy youy way out of anything in this fucking country.
Big F'N Swigg - June 14, 2005 04:00 AM (GMT)
I can't believe he got off completely clean. I mean, they had his fingerprints with the kids fingerprints on a porno mag.
Scrooge McSuck - June 14, 2005 04:31 AM (GMT)
An argument with me would be pointless, because...
A. I still think O.J. Simpson is innocent. (ducks flaming garbage) Reasonable doubt is a very strong two words, and there's a lot of "what if's" on that case.
B. I like Mike Tyson.
<---has horrible taste and opinions.
Mad Dog - June 14, 2005 04:46 AM (GMT)
It just shows you how horrible the jury was that they didn't even convict him on the booze and porno.
And Scrooge. You don't get accused of the same thing be as many people as he had without something being up. If he stays in the U.S. I expect him to be back in court under similar charges by 2015.

They found his DNA at the crime scene. DNA doesn't lie. You also forget that he was found to be responsible for their deaths in a civil trial.

The booze and porn thing are very minor problems compared to having any form of sexual contact with a minor, especially when said minor is like 10-11 years old. If he fucked a bunch of 17 year olds, at least that's CLOSE to being legal, but I can't see how anyone can have eyes for kids. That's just fucking disgusting.
Mad Dog - June 14, 2005 05:37 AM (GMT)
Giving booze to a minor is still a felony charge in California.
Scrooge McSuck - June 14, 2005 05:41 AM (GMT)
Eh... no offense to anyone from California, but I always assumed that state was ass-backwards when it came to the law. I can't really comment the alcohol being comment because the way it came off on CNN/CourtTV, etc etc., it wasn't too big of a deal, and I don't know Californian laws.
Big F'N Swigg - June 14, 2005 12:05 PM (GMT)
Uh, Scrooge, the reasonable doubt is for civil charges, not federal courts.
Scrooge McSuck - June 14, 2005 12:16 PM (GMT)
... You mean 12 Angry Men lied to me?! The whole point of that case was if they found a verdict of Guilty, the kid gets a lethal injection/firing squad/whatever.
dynamite kido - June 14, 2005 12:54 PM (GMT)
Final point. If this would have been anyone else but a millionaire that is a legend in the music industry..............they would have thrown the book at him.
Scrooge McSuck - June 14, 2005 01:12 PM (GMT)
Unless the people who are the victims/whatever change their story 4 or 5 times when under oath. If the dumb bitch mother and the kid didn't go "oh, I meant" and "I didn't say" every 5 seconds into what was reportedly said, then maybe this would've been a lot different.
Mad Dog - June 14, 2005 04:32 PM (GMT)
Please,
juries have given guys the death penalty with much less evidence than there was in the Michael Jackson case.
SamoaRowe - June 14, 2005 05:14 PM (GMT)
I didn't follow the case well enough to have an opinion on the jury's verdict, but I must say that considering how many times he has been accused of this, I have a gut feeling that he's guilty.
Jackson really needs to reorganize his life right now. As long as he continues to live the lifestyle he does right now, he is going to be accused of child molestation. This is because he is either really molesting them or parents are going to see this as an opportunity to try and get rich off of a settlement. Jackson needs to end the types of "innocent" relationships he is having with children because not only is it creepy, but if he really is as innocent as he says he is, then he is setting himself up for accusation after accusation.
Besides, if I know anything about sexual predators, is that they don't stop themselves. Someone else has to step in and stop them for them.
Big F'N Swigg - June 15, 2005 12:06 AM (GMT)
Guilty or Innocent???
INNOCENT!!!
prof_plague - June 15, 2005 05:23 AM (GMT)
Honestly, I don't really care that much either way.
