I'll probably only simulate a couple matches at a time, because doing them all at once would get really boring.

Real F'n Show - December 21, 2004 12:51 AM (GMT)
NIGHT ONE RESULTS:

Round 1:

SAMOA JOE VS JAY LETHAL

Action: An extended squash for Joe to start off the tournament, but Lethal did get in a few nice moves, including a Chris Benoit-esque diving headbutt from the top rope and a dragon suplex. Joe's domination was just too much in the end however, and he took the win following his Island Driver (Emerald Fusion 1 in the game).

Winner: Samoa Joe via pinfall in 7:05
*1/2

JAY BRISCOE VS MARK BRISCOE

Action: The two brothers duked it out in a highly competitive matchup. Mark hit a great springboard crossbody to the outside early on, and followed that soon after with a nice shooting star press for a nearfall. Jay retaliated with a muscle buster and a brutal powerbomb, both for nearfalls. Coming down the stretch, Jay blocked Mark's attempt at the Cutthroat Driver (Judgment Slam) and nailed his Jay Driller (Tiger Bomb 04) for the victory.

Winner: Jay Briscoe via pinfall in 9:27
***1/4

CHRISTOPHER DANIELS VS JIMMY RAVE

Action: This match wasn't near as competitive as the last, but still had good action throughout. Daniels took off all 4 turnbuckle pads during the course of the match, but ended up getting thrown into one by Rave. Rave put Daniels in a number of different arm submissions, but just couldn't get the Fallen Angel to tap out. Daniels fought back with a great running STO and a leg lariat. He tried for the Last Rites, but Rave was able to block and get his From Dusk Till Dawn (Crippler Crossface) on Daniels! Daniels was in the ropes already, however, and a rope break was called. Soon after, Daniels nailed a surprise clothesline for the victory.

Winner: Chris Daniels via pinfall in 11:20
**1/2

DOUG WILLIAMS VS ROCKY ROMERO

Action: Another good match, mostly mat-based here. Romero worked over Doug's arms the entire match, as most of his moveset was created to focus on the arm. Doug fought back with some suplexes and submissions of his own. Halfway into the match, Romero nailed a brutal Tajiri-style kick to the face of Doug. Doug quickly recovered however, and hit his Revolution DDT on Romero! He covered his opponent, but Rocky kicked out because his head was only in yellow! A pissed off Williams headed to the top rope, but was knocked off by Rocky! Romero then locked Williams in the cross armbreaker submission, earning him the victory, and the upset, by submission.

Winner: Rocky Romero via submission in 9:28

Do you pick a guy and wrestle the matches yourself or do you watch a sim? Just curious.

QUOTE (Peter North @ Dec 20 2004, 08:21 PM)
Do you pick a guy and wrestle the matches yourself or do you watch a sim? Just curious.

I simulate them. It would be too lopsided if I played, as I am a god at this game.

Real F'n Show - December 23, 2004 12:35 AM (GMT)
NIGHT TWO RESULTS

Round 1:

AJ STYLES VS DAN MAFF

Action: Size vs. Speed here, with Maff controlling the early going with some power moves, including a stiff powerbomb and half nelson suplex. AJ fought back and got it going in the second half, nailing a nice brainbuster and a frankensteiner for a near fall. Finish came off the Styles Clash from AJ for the victory, in a short match.

Winner: AJ Styles via pinfall in 6:49
**

ALEX SHELLEY VS ACE STEEL

Action: The leader of Generation Next does battle with a member of the Second City Saints here. Competitive match, with nice moves throughout, and some psychology from Shelley as well, as he works over the neck and head the entire match. Steel sells as well as the game will let him, making this a really good match. Shelley uses a bunch of neck vices and such, but can't get Steel to tap out. Ace fights back and hits Shelley with his finisher, the Twist of Cain (Widow's Peak), but Shelley's head is only in orange and he kicks out! Great nearfall. Ace tries a grapple, but Shelley reverses and hits It Came From Japan (DDT 20 I believe)! It's over!

Winner: Alex Shelley via pinfall in 13:08
***3/4

After the match, the remaining members of Gen Next run down to the ring and beat the hell out of Ace, until Punk and Cabana make the save with steel chairs. Oh for the love of stables.

(Note: I added the last part to start off a storyline, it didn't really happen in the game.)

SPANKY VS B-BOY

Action: Another good match here, although lacking psychology like the previous one. These guys just busted out cool move after cool move, and it hurt it a bit. B-Boy busts out an exploder suplex 10 seconds into the match (...) which just kills any credibility it had as a finisher. (Note: BJ Whitmer can be seen crying backstage on the split screen). Spanky takes the match with the Jericho enziguri. Not bad for spot-after spot-after spot, at least it had some hot nearfalls.

Winner: Spanky via pinfall in 10:10
**1/4

CM PUNK VS MATT STRYKER

Action: Decent little match here, although it got a little boring at times, mostly due to Stryker's bland moveset. Punk held it together the best he could however, but there wasn't much doubt of who was winning. I think maybe Punk's upperbody was yellow, and that was it at the end of this one. He takes it with a shining wizard for the three count.

Winner: CM Punk via pinfall in 9:37
*1/4

After the match, Punk is nailed from behind with a chair from Alex Shelley! Shelley quickly leaves through the crowd as Cabana and Ace check on Punk. Damn that Generation Next and their cruel ways!

More to come...

Real F'n Show - December 23, 2004 04:58 AM (GMT)
NIGHT THREE RESULTS

Round 1:

HOMICIDE VS CHAD COLLYER

Action: Basically an extended squash for 'Cide, as he totally owns Collyer in terms of attribute points (86 to 77). Collyer gets in a nice dropkick here and there, and actually wins a chopfest against Homicide, but soon after gets DRILLED with a Yakuza kick for his troubles. One Cop Killah (Vertebreaker) later, and that's all she wrote.

Winner: Homicide via pinfall in 12:42
*3/4

COLT CABANA VS SUPER DRAGON

Action: Good match with Cabana controlling most of the first half, but Dragon getting in some brutal shots here and there, including a nasty bootscrape. Cabana uses various suplexes to stay in it, taking the time to taunt as well. Dragon attacks Colt while taunting, earning him HEEL POINTS and we have one hell of a competitive match. Colt gets busted open via a brainbuster, and Dragon removes a turnbuckle pad. He whips Cabana into it, and HEELS it up! Low blows for Cabana! Psycho Driver (Towerhacker Bomb Pin)! It's over!

Winner: Super Dragon via pinfall in 14:50
***

After the match, Jack Evans and Roderick Strong of Gen Next hit the ring and destroy Cabana! Punk and Ace try to save, but are ambushed from behind by Alex Shelley and Austin Aries! Generation Next proceeds to destroy all 3 members of the Second City Saints with chairshots galore.

PAUL LONDON VS BJ WHITMER

Action: Nothing special here, and not too competitive either, as London controls almost the entire match. I think Whitmer maybe got one or two big moves in, but that's it. I know he used a northern lights suplex once for a two count. London wins it by leap-frogging over Whitmer in the corner, landing on the top rope, and hitting the London Calling (shooting star press) for the victory.

Winner: Paul London via pinfall in 7:12
*1/2

AUSTIN ARIES VS RICKY REYES

Action: That no-good Aries still has blood on his hands from the attack on the SCS. Not really, but it sounded cool. Ricky Reyes works Aries' leg here, and Aries sells sometimes, but not all the time. It's not his fault as a worker! Blame the game! Anyway, Aries gets a nice somersault plancha during the course of the match, and ends up winning with the 450 splash, in a pretty good bout.

Winner: Austin Aries via pinfall in 11:24
**1/2

What, you were expecting a SCS run-in? They're laid out in the back. Show over.

More to come...

Real F'n Show - December 27, 2004 11:51 PM (GMT)
NIGHT FOUR RESULTS:

Round 1:

LOW KI VS CHRIS SABIN

Action: Not a bad match, just short. Low Ki heels it up early, refusing to break an STF until a 4 count, and utilizing eye rakes and eye pokes. Sabin is out matched, but hangs in there, getting a nice tiger suplex for a nearfall. He lifts Ki, but Ki breaks the grapple and PLANTS Sabin with the Ki Krusher (99 Crusher) for the victory.

Winner: Low Ki via pinfall in 8:05
**

STEVE CORINO VS JACK EVANS

Action: Corino plays face in this one, as Alex Shelley accompanies Evans to ringside. Shelley distracts the ref on several Corino pin attempts, allowing Evans to take over with 'ranas and the flippity flop. Shelley eventually gets sent to the back by referee Earl Hebner after interfering one too many times. Meanwhile, Evans hits his Evans Driver (Dupree Bomb in the game)! Corino kicks out! Evans heads up top, but Corino press slams him off! Superkick! Corino picks up the hard-fought win.

Winner: Steve Corino via pinfall in 14:18
*3/4

After the match, Shelley returns to ringside, along with Aries and Roderick Strong. They cut a promo on the Second City Saints, until the SCS, along with Chris Hero come out and clear the ring! This leads to...

CHRIS HERO VS RODERICK STRONG

Action: Good, hard-hitting match here, with Strong using almost every backbreaker in the game, and Hero wearing down Strong's head with various submissions. Strong tries for his finisher, the Lift and Cutter, but Hero blocks it and gets a Fire Thunder Driver, putting Strong's head in dark red! Hero picks Roderick up and nails the Hero's Welcome for the pinfall.

Winner: Chris Hero via pinfall in 11:24
**1/2

After the match, the SCS and Gen Next can be seen fighting backstage on the SIPW-Tron.

Time for the final match of the first round...

BRYAN DANIELSON VS JIMMY JACOBS

Action: An extended squash for Danielson, as he basically has fun with Jacobs, barely breaking a sweat. He quickly finishes Jacobs off with a diving headbutt in a quick match.

Winner: Bryan Danielson via pinfall in 4:14
*

Yeah, he should (even though I don't have SvR... yet). Making Smaffles using Funk's directions was the best sunday morning wasted ever :D

The first 4 matches of round 2 should be up in a bit.

Real F'n Show - January 15, 2005 09:28 PM (GMT)
NIGHT FIVE RESULTS

Round 2:

SAMOA JOE VS JAY BRISCOE

Action: Pretty competitive match here to start off the second round of the tourney. Joe delivered a sick exploder suplex on the floor at one point, prompting a holy shit chant. Not really, but that would be cool. Jay got in a few trademark moves, including a snap suplex and running leg lariat, but Joe was just too much in the end. After kicking out of a Jay Driller (!) Joe delivered the Muscle Buster (Mexican Stretch Buster in the game) for the victory.

Winner: Samoa Joe via pinfall in 12:40
**1/2

CHRISTOPHER DANIELS VS ROCKY ROMERO

Action: Rocky's trying to go two-for-two on the upsets, after defeating Doug Williams in the first round. Once again, he started working on his opponents arm, and Daniels sells it well. Daniels brought some great offense, including a Final Cut neckbreaker and HUGE, Kurt Angle-style moonsault for a nearfall. Rocky fought back with a single arm DDT, before locking in the cross armbreaker! But Daniels gets to the ropes! Rocky refuses to break the hold until 4! What a dick! Too many exclamation points! Rocky removes the turnbuckle pad, but turns around into a clothesline from Daniels. Last Rites, and this one's over.

Winner: Chris Daniels via pinfall in 11:52
**3/4

After the match, Daniels tells Rocky he's way too good to be a part of the Rottweilers, and invites him to join the Prophecy. Rocky ponders the situation, before walking off without giving an answer.

AJ STYLES VS ALEX SHELLEY

Action: Great match here, with Shelley working on AJ's neck (most of the time...) and AJ playing the underdog, surprisingly. Mid-way through the match, AJ hits an INSANE backflip into a DDT off the top rope, planting Shelley on his head. AJ heads back up top, but just sits there like a moron! Shelley slams him off! Swinging neckbreaker from Shelley, continuing the focus on the neck. Shellshock (Downward Spiral) from Shelley! 1...2...but AJ kicks out! Shelley lifts AJ up, but gets low blowed! Styles Clash! 1...2...3! Styles advances.

Winner: AJ Styles via pinfall in 8:14
**1/4

Before the next match, RFS makes his way out to announce that tomorrow night, it will be Gen Next vs. The Second City Saints in a 6-man tag match!

SPANKY VS CM PUNK

Action: This match went pretty long and got boring at times, but it had a hot finish. Punk dominates most of the match, with Spanky getting hardly any offense until the last 5 minutes. Nearing the end, both men's bodies are dark red, and it's anyone's ballgame. Punk hits the Punk Handle Piledriver (Magnum Driver) for a nearfall. Spanky retaliates with a Triple H-esque facebuster over the knee, and Punk's busted open! Spanky lifts Punk up and tries for the Jericho Enziguri, but Punk blocks it! Welcome to Chicago backbreaker! Shining Wizard! 1...2...kick out! A chopfest follows, and both men seem to be out on their feet. Punk with a short-arm clothesline, and he follows with another shining wizard! 1...2...3! Punk gets the win.

Winner: CM Punk via pinfall in 16:43
**

After the match, Gen Next appear on the SIPW-Tron, and they're beating the hell out of Cabana and Ace! Punk starts to run to the back, but all 4 members of Gen Next jump out of the crowd and destroy him! It must have been pre-taped! A beatdown insues and Generation Next has the last laugh this week.

Real F'n Show - January 19, 2005 02:37 AM (GMT)
NIGHT SIX RESULTS

Round 2:

HOMICIDE VS SUPER DRAGON

Action: Not a bad match to start off the show, by any means. They trade a lot of dicky moves here, including some slaps, bootscrapes, and middle finger taunts. Super Dragon missed an asai moonsault at one point, because Homicide moved out of the way instead of catching him. Brilliant. Back in, and Homicide rocks Dragon's world with a lariat. One Cop Killah later, and it's over. The match kept my attention, and I guess that's all I can ask for.

Winner: Homicide via pinfall in 8:43
**

After the match, Homicide calls out fellow Rottweiler Rocky Romero, just to make sure he's not planning on joining the Prophecy. Rocky says he's a Rottweiler for life, but suddenly both men are attacked by Chris Daniels and the debuting Xavier! Daniels says Romero made a bad decision, and he's found someone else anyway. Xavier holds up the "X" to heat from the crowd.

PAUL LONDON VS AUSTIN ARIES

Action: AMAZING match here, that had me on the edge of my seat. I seriously bought all of the near falls at the end. Aries had London's head in dark red after working it over, while London had destroyed Aries' upper body. Towards the end, London hit the sweeping DDT for a GREAT nearfall. He headed up top for either the 450 or SSP, but Aries stood up. London tried jumping at him anyway, only to get hit in mid-air. Aries then hit the brainbuster for another super nearfall. London fought back and hit a spinkick, busting Aries open! Hurracanrana from London but Aries is in the ropes. London lifts Aries up, only to receive a low blow! Aries hits the 450 splash off the top! 1...2...and London kicks out! Aries tries to pick London up, but London responds with a low blow of his own! He heads up top and hits the SSP! 1...2...3! I may have to feud these two if they can put on matches this good on a regular basis...

Winner: Paul London via pinfall in 15:14
***3/4

LOW KI VS STEVE CORINO

Action: Not as competitive as I was expecting, given their similar stats. Low Ki strikes Corino up good, and uses the Mongolian chop about 45 times in this match. I also have Low Ki's attire changed up into his current Rottweilers attire I should note. Corino did get in some offense, just not much of note. Ki wins it with the Ki Krusher, in rather short fashion.

Winner: Low Ki via pinfall in 8:32
*1/4

CHRIS HERO VS BRYAN DANIELSON

Action: A good change of pace here, with a lot of mat-based work in this one. Hero works the neck, setting up for the Hero's Welcome, while Dragon works the arm, setting up for the one armed Cattle Mutilation that's in the game. There's about 3 chop battles during the course of this match too, and all three are won by Dragon. Dragon wins with the diving headbutt off the top, dissappointing me as they don't play off the psychology in the finish. Oh well, it's a fucking video game, I'm expecting too much.

Winner: Bryan Danielson via pinfall in 9:11
**1/4

Grudge match time...

THE SECOND CITY SAINTS VS GENERATION NEXT

Action: Punk, Cabana, and Steel for the Saints and Shelley, Strong, and Evans for Gen Next. I'm actually controlling Punk here, to establish an angle. Decentish match, although my team mostly dominated, because I rule at this game. I did give them a little offense though, and it was kind of competitive when Cabana and Steel were in. Punk pinned Shelley with the Pepsi Plunge (the top rope Tiger Driver is what I'm using for it) in a fairly long main event.

Winners: The SCS via pinfall in 17:08
**1/2

After the match, Evans and Strong turn on Shelley and destroy him! Aries makes the save, but then gets a big grin on his face and joins in on the beating. Aries grabs a mic and declares himself the new leader of Generation Next. Yes, I'm stealing angles from Ring of Honor. Deal with it.

QUOTE
SIPW NEWS AND NOTES
for Jan. 18, 2005

SIPW management is pleased to announce that the company has come to terms with two more wrestlers. Bobby Quance and Excalibur of SoCal wrestling fame have signed on to become part of the roster. They join Xavier as part of the new talent coming in as a result of the mass firings last month. One more spot on the 32 man roster remains open, and it's anybody's guess who will take it. Both men were asked to comment on their recent signings. Quance: "I'm very pleased to be part of this amazing roster. I know I will be pushed to the limit here in SIPW, and hope to have great matches with all of the talent." Excalibur had this to say: "I am the motherf*cking sh*t, yo. Me and my boy Super Dragon will mess some bitches up here, aight?"

SIPW has secured a Pay Per View deal for next month. More details coming soon.

Tag Team Titles will most likely be introduced in the near future.

The following match-ups will take place in Round 3 of the SIPW Title Tourney:

(1) Samoa Joe
(5) Christopher Daniels

(7) AJ Styles
(3) CM Punk

(2) Homicide
(6) Paul London

(8) Low Ki
(4) Bryan Danielson

No surprises here, as the top 8 seeds have advanced to the quarterfinals. We look forward to some amazing matches.

I predict you will steal another of my ideas in the future. AHAHAHAHA... seriously, fun read. PUSH KANE!
